Training is going great! My knees are a little tight, but that’s the only issue right now. I wasn’t able to get my fifth day of training in last week due to a road trip down to New Mexico for a presentation that I was fortunate enough to give. I may only get four days in this week too, though I will certainly try to squeak in that fifth day. I’m headed for Kansas on Thursday for another strength and conditioning clinic.
I’ve also nearly reached a new PR for front squat and tied my best snatch double from the floor off blocks yesterday. Which could mean a new PR double from the floor. We shall see soon!
