Road to the 2015 American Open: Week 4, Days 3 & 4

I spoke with my new coach, Paul, on Thursday and he decided to start my program tomorrow, so I went off the cuff for the last two training days of week 4. My BioForce HRV was on the fritz so I missed one of the days. One thing Paul has already noticed is that my hips were too low on my start position for the snatch. It’s only been two sessions, so we’ll see where this new technique takes me. The excitement begins! 🙂

Day 3 (4/16/15)

Back Squat: 60×10, 90x2x8, 110×8
